Class Information
On Class Day
Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to class. Have your voucher, if applicable. If
you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you may not be admitted. Please bring a
jacket or sweater as classroom temperature may vary. If repeating the course,
please bring your Classroom Learning Guide.
Pricing Packages
Club
Memberships: The most cost-effective way to learn
PC Applications is to become a New Horizons Club Member!
Examine our Clubs,
and pick the one that's best for you.
Passports: Your Passport to Technical
Training—Flexible packages geared towards your certification
or re-certification, valid for a full year!
How to Register
By Phone: Call your Account Executive to
register. Please provide the desired course and date,
credit card number and expiration date, or company payment
information. Our main line: 503.641.8028
By Fax or E-Mail: Club Members and voucher
holders
are encouraged to save time by using a Fast Fax Form.
Or e-mail our Registrar at
registrar@nhoregon.com.
On the Web: Check the boxes associated with your
choice of courses, using a WEB KEY from your Account
Executive.
Payment is due within 7-10 business days of your
enrollment. In all cases, payment is due before class.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancel PC Applications & Business Skills courses
at least one week in advance.
- Cancel technical courses at least two weeks
and a day in advance. (11 business days)
- No refunds on clubs, passports, learning programs
or other packages.
- Use passports within one year.
- Use all credits and purchases within one year.
Cancellations may be made by calling your Account Executive. No refund
or credit will be issued if you cancel fewer than five business days prior to
class. Technical Classes: No refund or credit will be issued or outstanding
invoice canceled if you cancel fewer than eleven business days prior to
class. For 25% of the technical class fee, you may be re-enrolled on a
space-available (subject to bump) basis.
All credits must be used within one year of payment or credit. No credit
or refund will be issued past one year. All purchases expire after one year.
Learning Programs and Series must be completed within one year.
No refunds will be granted due to acts of God, war,
disaster, emergency or circumstances beyond our
control.
